Expression Search:
Expression Search (B): This tab let the researcher retrieve the number of times a specific gene of interest is deregulated in our curated set of schizophrenia signatures. Search can be done by gene, by microRNA, by type of study or by threshold of regulation. It is also possible to download the entire matrix of genes and studies.


GEO Series (regular): In this tab it is possible to query GEO datasets using clinical parameters or gene/probe IDs. User can choose to perform a search using datasets collected directly from GEO (GEO samples tab) or a reduced set of datasets that was collected from GEO.
