Expression Search:
This tab let the researcher retrieve the number of times a specific gene of interest is deregulated, differentially methylated or present susceptibility SNPs in our curated set of osteoarthritis signatures. Search can be done by gene (including non-coding RNA ones), by microRNA, by type of study or by threshold of regulation. It is also possible to download the entire matrix of genes and studies.
Radiographic Biomarker:
In this tab it is possible to search for radiographic data. This includes type of tissue, imaging modality and sequence, field strength and manufacturer.
GEO Series:
In this tab it is possible to query GEO datasets using clinical parameters or gene/probe IDs. Clinical data has been consolidated to be queried appropriately. Probesets expression is provided both as retrieved from GEO and RMA normalized.
